a private and safe setting, Private Career Coaching is for you.
These one-to-one sessions not only facilitate and encourage self-assessment and personal accountability—two very important components—they also deliver such

- Personalized attention that allows your coach to become familiar with your personality, strengths, areas for potential improvement, and success barriers
- The ability to customize and adapt session approaches to changes that may
occur during consultation - A trusting, motivating and supportive environment where you and your coach

Group Career Coaching
For younger professionals or those just ready to launch their careers, our Group Career Coaching sessions may be a good choice. Past clients have enjoyed being in this group setting with peers who are experiencing similar challenges and issues—like finding that first post-graduation job or, once hired, struggling to perform confidently in a new setting.
DARE Group Career Coaching sessions offer a unique environment where participants support each other, celebrating breakthroughs and sharing personal experiences and accomplishments. Importantly, in a business environment where networking is an absolute requirement for success, you and your fellow participants will have the immediate advantage of a built-in network of colleagues and peers.
In addition to an individual curriculum developed specifically for you, Group Coaching sessions offer an initial 90-minute, private session and a 30-minute wrap-up session with your career champion, Darlene Lee.
